CHESTER WINDOWS

Bay and Bow Windows: keep the shape and character of your home

A projecting window brings views from several angles and gives the room a distinctive feature. Compare REHAU casement bays, ECOSlide sash bays and Residence flush designs, with colours and detailing coordinated across every section.

A wider view and a deeper window ledge

VEKA highlights the natural light and larger internal ledge of a bay window. Its example combines a white interior with a Pebble Grey exterior and sash bars. A replacement can retain the existing projection while refreshing the frame finish, pane layout and opening sections.

Casement bays joined as a complete assembly

REHAU describes bay and bow arrangements made from connected casement windows, using structural bay poles or corner posts for square bays. The connections and support form part of the complete design. We will assess the existing construction and include the required installation work in your quotation.

Sash character for splay and box bays

ECOSlide describes sash windows for both angled splay bays and square box bays. This lets a projecting window retain the vertical sliding style of a period frontage. Bars, bottom-rail proportions, finishes and furniture can be coordinated across the individual sections.

A flush alternative with Residence

Residence 7 lists bay and bow windows among its configurations. Residence 9 also describes bay arrangements with its flush exterior and decorative interior. Compare these with standard casement or sash bays to decide which frame detailing best suits the rest of your home.
